Trial Periods
Every app allows for a trial period, so merchants can test the app and ensure it's right for them. Trial days are shared across plans, moving between plans will continue your trial and the number of trial days will not be reset. To request an extension or to try another plan once you've used you trial days please reach out to support.
Changing Plans (upgrade or downgrade):
Select the plan you would like to switch to from the Account page. You will be redirected to Shopify to confirm accept any new charges. Your new plan will be active immediately, please make sure to plan for any features that may be removed in the case of a downgrade.
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel your subscription, we suggest simply uninstalling the app. All charges will be stopped, with the exception of any charges not yet billed on your Shopify Invoice. You can also terminate the subscription from the Accounts page within the app.
